Four Injured in Highway Accident at Lethpora, CRPF Rushes to Help

Pulwama, Apr 8, CNS: At least four people sustained injuries in a road mishap that took place in the Lethpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday, officials said.

The incident occurred along the National Highway-44 near the Hatiwara junction when a Dumper collided with a Maruti IGNIS car, resulting in injuries to the occupants of the smaller vehicle.

Personnel from the 110 Battalion of the CRPF, who were stationed nearby, quickly responded to the scene. They provided immediate assistance and shifted the injured to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Pampore using their unit’s ambulance.

Doctors have confirmed that all the injured individuals are in stable condition.

Authorities have taken note of the accident and initiated a formal investigation to determine its cause. (CNS)
