Srinagar, April 23 (KNO): An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Tangmarg area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said.
An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that security forces cordoned off Tangmarg after receiving specific inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
As security forces zeroed in on the suspected spot, hiding terrorists fired upon forces, which was retaliated to, triggering an encounter.
