Says, Loss of Lives Unfortunate, Protection of Guests Our Priority
Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Surinder Choudhary on Thursday appealed to the citizens of India to visit Jammu and Kashmir, and the Omar Abdullah led government is here for your protection.
“We request all people of the country to visit Jammu and Kashmir. Tourists are our pride and honor. We talked to tourists here and assured them all possible help, but in return, they gave us immense support. They said, ‘We are with the people of Jammu and Kashmir,'” Choudhary said.
Choudhary reiterated his appeal, saying, “We again want to request all people, from both the country and abroad, to come here. The Omar Abdullah-led government is here for your protection. Surely, we may face challenges with law and order, but we, the people, understand our responsibility.” (JKNS)
