KAS Officer, Son Died in Reasi Landslide; Three Others Injured

Reasi, Aug 1 (KNC): Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Ramnagar, Rajinder Singh, and his son lost their lives on the spot after a landslide hit their Bolero vehicle at Salukh Ikhtar Nala in Reasi district on Friday.

Officials told news agency KNC that three others, including Singh’s wife and relatives, sustained injuries in the incident. The family was returning home to Pattiyan from Dharmaadi when the tragedy struck.

Rescue teams rushed to the spot, and the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation started. (KNC)
