LG Manoj Sinha addresses UT foundation day in SKICC Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 31(KINS): On the occasion of the Union Territory (UT) Foundation Day today, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha spoke at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.

The event celebrated the progress made since Jammu and Kashmir became a UT.

LG Sinha, as per news agency KINS, highlighted exciting developments in areas like Lal Chowk and Pulwama, indicating a positive change in the Union Territory.

He said that Jammu and Kashmir is set to attract investments of at least one lakh crores, which is expected to create around 5 lakh job opportunities for the people.

The Lieutenant Governor praised the efforts of various groups, including the J&K Police, for their role in maintaining peace and order, which has been crucial for the Jammu and Kashmir growth.

He stressed the importance of unity and teamwork in building a better future for Jammu and Kashmir.

Participants were encouraged to share their ideas for sustainable development and growth.(KINS)
