Unidentified Body Found in Awantipora

Srinagar, Mar 24 (JKNS): An unidentified dead body was found lying in the village of Beighpora Awantipora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, on Monday.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that the body was spotted by locals, who immediately alerted the authorities.
A police team has reached the spot and taken the body into custody.
The identity of the deceased and cause of death are yet to be ascertained, officials said, adding that further investigation is underway.
