Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak to the nation this morning at 11:00 AM through the 124th edition of his monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat.

The broadcast will air on All India Radio, Doordarshan, and multiple digital platforms, continuing the tradition of open dialogue between the Prime Minister and the public.

Mann Ki Baat, launched in October 2014, has become a cornerstone of citizen engagement, consistently featuring diverse topics from environmental conservation to women’s empowerment, digital literacy, and sanitation.

Over the years, the programme has spotlighted numerous grassroots efforts, encouraging public participation and igniting community-driven initiatives.

PM Modi is further expected to share his thoughts on national interest, public welfare, and inspirational contributions from citizens in this edition.

Citizens from across the country have shaped much of the content by submitting suggestions and stories through MyGov and the NaMo App, turning it into a collaborative platform grounded in real experiences.

Inspiring Stories and Public Good

The Prime Minister is likely to highlight recent stories of innovation, community service, and individual achievements that align with national development goals.

Moreover, these stories often catalyse larger movements and awareness campaigns, inspiring citizens to contribute to causes beyond their immediate environments.

In line with tradition, BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda will join party workers to listen to the broadcast at a special gathering in New Delhi’s Defence Colony.

The event, scheduled for 10:55 AM at the C-Block Club, reflects the BJP’s institutional approach to Mann Ki Baat, encouraging collective listening as a regular organisational practice.

By turning Mann Ki Baat into a structured public outreach effort, the party also aims to deepen grassroots engagement and strengthen the connection between the Prime Minister’s message and local communities.

Through 123 previous episodes, Mann Ki Baat has remained a unique platform in Indian public life—one that not only conveys the Prime Minister’s thoughts but also amplifies citizen voices.

As the 124th edition airs today, the programme continues to evolve as a forum for national dialogue, civic pride, and community-driven development.
