Chief Minister Omar Abdullah greets people on Shab-e-Barat

Jammu, February 03: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today extended heartfelt greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat, a revered night marked by prayers, repentance, and seeking the mercy and blessings of Almighty Allah.
In his message, the Chief Minister underscored the deep spiritual significance of Shab-e-Barat, describing it as a night of self-reflection and devotion when believers seek forgiveness and divine guidance.
He called upon people to imbibe the true spirit of the occasion and offer prayers for peace, harmony, and the welfare of all humanity.
The Chief Minister also prayed for peace, prosperity and overall progress for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
