The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday conducted a raid at a residential house in Srinagar in connection with case RC-18 of 2024. Official sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that searches were carried out at the residence of Nazir Ahmed Bhat, son of Fateh Bhat, a resident of Gulshan Abad, Mehjoor Nagar area of Srinagar.
The action was taken as part of the ongoing investigation in the said case. Nazir Ahmed Bhat is a retired government employee who had served in the Agriculture Department. Further details regarding the nature of the case and recoveries, if any, are awaited. (KDC)
