Delhi Court defers hearing the bail petition of Baramulla MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid known as Engineer Rashid, that was listed today, to now November 19.
“Since we are considering the jurisdiction issue whether the matter will be heard by this court or the designated MP/MLA court of National Investigation Agency, keep it post that,” the Sessions Judge observed.
Engineer Rashid has surrendered himself before Tihar Jail, as his interim bail ended today.
